February 11th, 2014 / For those looking to plan a European Spring break, look no further than Portugal’s award-winning luxury wine hotel and spa, The Yeatman, located in the splendid UNESCO World Heritage City of Porto. From March 1st to April 30th, you can make the most of the longer and sunnier days with idyllic panoramic views over the Douro River at The Yeatman in Portugal’s charming second city, and get to know more about Port as well as other great Portuguese wines.
This Spring package starts at €230 (about $310) per night based on double occupancy in a Superior Room with 1 child free (minimum 2 nights), or €370 (about $500) per night in a double occupancy Suite with up to 2 children free; every guest room has a private terrace with spectacular views. An elegant, sumptuous daily breakfast for the family in The Orangerie is included, as well as a smoothie per person at Dick’s Bar; free parking; and late check-out upon availability.
For reservations including April 20th, The Yeatman offers a 10% price reduction on the €80 (about $108) Easter Special Buffet Lunch, designed by Michelin-starred Chef Ricardo Costa and served in The Orangerie on Easter Sunday. (Wine and soft drinks included; advance reservations required; no charge for children 0-3 years old, and the lunch is half-price for 4-12 year olds.) The Kids Club will also be open on Easter Sunday with activities and baby-sitters to help make the children’s day more fun.
During your stay, enjoy a 20% price reduction on most treatments at the Vinothérapie Spa by Caudalie – renowned for its unique wine therapy treatments and winner of Best Hotel Spa of 2013 – as well as access to the indoor and outdoor (opening in April) infinity pools, gymnasium, and wellbeing area.
