A fantastic outdoor recreation site, the Montmorency Forest now offers a new activity that is a cross between skiing and snowshoeing. If you stay in one of our cozy cottages, you will be at the heart of the outdoor action. How about going canyoning or ice climbing this winter? You can climb down the frozen Jean-Larose Falls at the foot of Mount Sainte-Anne with a member of the Canyoning Québec team or climb the ice-covered rock face beside the Montmorency Falls with a guide from the Aventure X rock climbing school.

And once you have finished playing in the snow, you can come in and relax! This winter, we recommend three destinations where you can unwind and be pampered: Station BLÜ (Nordic baths), Nordique Spa Mont-Ste-Anne and SPA des Neiges (WEB site in french only)!
