Entrée’s on Chef David Fritsche’s current menu include items like Pan Seared Scallops with Cranberry Knödel, Swiss Chard, Lemon and Cranberry Jus along with Swiss classics like Venison Loin served with Spätzli, Braised Red Cabbage and Caramelized Chestnuts.
