March 15 is Our Third and Final Discover Kualoa Event!
“Celebrating the Story of Kualoa Through Song and Dance”
Aloha,
As we gear up for our third and final Discover event – we are excited to wrap up our Makahiki season with discovering the ahupua’a of Kualoa. In March, we are celebrating the legends and stories of Kualoa through Hawaiian Song and Dance at Paliku Gardens. Taking center stage will be local music and hula groups. There will be a kanikaplia from 2:00pm to 4:00pm, all are welcome to join in – just bring an instrument and a song!
In addition, the event will feature a hike, petting zoo and animal tour, legends and legacy tour and the Movie Site and Ranch tour. General admission includes all day access to live music, arts and crafts, keiki games, hula demos, an exciting kid’s zone with a bounce house and carnival rides, as well as ono grinds from local food trucks. Kualoa’s own Aunty Pat’s Café will be grilling grass-fed beef burgers, and next to them will be the all-natural Kualoa farmer’s market – where we will be selling our farm fresh oysters.
We want to extend the biggest mahalo to you for supporting us through this season and the start of what will be a great yearly tradition. Our previous events have been great, and with your help, we know we can make this event even better than the ones before! We invite you to come and celebrate the end of our Makahiki season at Discover Kualoa!
