Spirit Airlines announces operations at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. This news comes on the heels of the US Airways, possibly merging to form the New American, and of Volaris Airlines announcing nonstop flights to Mexico. Spirit will fly nonstop daily to Dallas/Fort Worth and add daily service to Chicago O’Hare and Denver International.
