Breaux Bridge Crawfish Festival named one of Top 10 Events in Louisiana! is coming up May 3, 4 & 5th. In addition to attending, Michelle M. Winner and I will be attending the first Crawfish Cooking College and look forward to be in the first graduating class. We will also be judging the Crawfish Etouffée Cookoff, Breaux Bridge Tent on Sunday. Hope to see some of you there. ~MDH
