The Norwich Inn ,in partnership with Norwich’s King Arthur Flour, invite you to our next Bread & Brew Weekend.

Learn about the craft of beer and bread making while enjoying great food. This will be very similar to our popular Brewer Weekends, but with an optional package enhancementof a customized bread baking class on Saturday afternoon. This class will feature bread baking at King Arthur’s Baking Education Center with Jasper Murdock Alegrain ingredients. You can brew all day with Jeremy Hebert or brew in the morning and take the bread baking class in the afternoon. The Inn is renowned for its variety of English-style Ales, created at our Brewery and sold only on site.  The iconic King Arthur Flour is America’s oldest flour company, founded in 1790. Its Norwich headquarters and Baking Education Center are located less than a mile from the Inn.
The weekend will be capped by the “Brewer’s Banquet,” featuring the creations of Chef Craig Goldstein married with generous samplings of Jasper Murdock Ales and beer inspired bread made in the afternoon class.
NOTE: Our next Bread & Brew Weekend will be March 15-17

The Norwich Inn is located in the heart of Vermont’s Upper Valley. Nearby attractions include Dartmouth College (1.5 mi), King Arthur Flour (1 mi) and Woodstock/Quechee Vermont (~15 mi).
