With over 20 years’ experience in television and in the culinary arts, Cielito and a group of young chefs will spearhead a new kitchen experience at Club Seabourne. “We are introducing a new culinary experience that is both creative and flavorful. Patrons will enjoy recipes born from artisan craftsmanship made with the highest quality Puerto Rican products. Our appetizer menu will feature Puerto Rican White Cheese Balls with guava sauce, delicious Plantain slices (“Tostones”) topped with Stewed Shredded Beef (“Ropa Vieja”), Mini Skirt Steak (“Churrasco”) Kabobs with Tamarind Glaze and Chimichurri, Salmon Ceviche with Mango, and Fish Soup, among other options.
