Cielito Rosado debuts her artisan cuisine on Culebra Island

 

Culebra, Puerto Rico – Cielito Rosado and her artisan cuisine have made their way to Culebra Island via the launch of a new restaurant at the boutique hotel, Club Seabourne. With over 20 years’ experience in television and in the culinary arts, Cielito and a group of young chefs will spearhead a new kitchen experience at Club Seabourne.

 

“We are introducing a new culinary experience that is both creative and flavorful. Patrons will enjoy recipes born from artisan craftsmanship made with the highest quality Puerto Rican products. Our appetizer menu will feature Puerto Rican White Cheese Balls with guava sauce, delicious Plantain slices (“Tostones”) topped with Stewed Shredded Beef (“Ropa Vieja”), Mini Skirt Steak (“Churrasco”) Kabobs with Tamarind Glaze and Chimichurri, Salmon Ceviche with Mango, and Fish Soup, among other options.  These appetizers are available at the restaurant or at the bar. For those patrons who wish for something refreshing, we will offer a wide variety of fresh salads with a selection of dressings made in our kitchen, such as the Puerto Rican White Cheese Salad with Mango or Berries Vinaigrette or the Avocado Cilantro Capresse. For Seafood lovers, we will offer the Shrimp with Coconut and Curry Sauce, the Creole Fish Filet, and of course, the delicious Culebra Island Fresh Lobster”.

 

“For those who love Meat and Poultry, we will offer a delicious Chicken Stew, also the Pork Ribs in Passion Fruit Sauce, and the Beef Filet with Portobello Sauce and the Skirt Meat with Cilantro Chimichurri, both Premium Black Angus Beef cuts” said Cielito.

 

“To complete the Culebra artisan cuisine experience, I will be offering a wide variety of desserts and Flans (Custards), such as Cielitos’ Papaya Sweet with White Puerto Rican Cheese and other sweet surprises to tantalize your appetite during your visit,” expressed Cielito Rosado.

Restaurant hours are 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. from Thursday to Sunday for dinner; 4:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. for the bar; and 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. daily for breakfast.
