Welcome to the wonderful autumn edition of Leaves of Red! Québec City is newly adorned in its fall finest, making for some of the year’s best sightseeing.At Auberge Saint-Antoine, we are celebrating the new season with some news of our own! I’m proud to announce a brand new partnership with Québec City’s jazz festival, which will be overseeing the programming for our Thursday, Friday, and Saturday jazz nights to ensure a stellar lineup of artists.What’s more, our new executive chef, Louis Pacquelin, and new director of food & beverage, Mickaël Jarnoux, are putting their extensive experience to work at Panache restaurant, where you can now enjoy a taste of their new menu featuring delightfully decadent classics.With the holiday season just around the corner, it’s time to start thinking of how best to celebrate. Québec City will soon don its cloak of white and transform into a veritable winter wonderland and destination par excellence! Here at the Auberge we’ll be opening the season with a visit from Santa Claus in a horse-drawn sleigh. Join us in celebrating the magic of the holidays!

THURSDAY JAZZ EXTENDED TO FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS TOO
Great news! By popular demand we are extending our jazz nights at Café-Bar Artefact from Thursdays to Fridays and Saturdays too, from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.The jazz program, in partnership with the Quebec City Jazz Festival, will consist of a wonderful lineup of artists who will be sure to delight even the most discerning of jazz lovers. Accompanied by our gourmet menu of tantalizing tapas and refreshing cocktails, each evening promises to be music to your taste buds as well as your ears. We hope to see you there!

ANOTHER EXCITING AWARD
This past August, Auberge Saint-Antoine added yet another feather to its cap:U.S. News & World Report has been included on their prestigious list of Canada’s best hotels. A total of 218 luxury properties from across the country were analyzed to compile the 2013 standings, with only a handful scoring high enough to be ranked among the best. Congratulations to our team on their hard work!

PANACHE MOBILE OPEN UNTIL THANKSGIVING
As summer draws to a close, so does Panache Mobile’s third season. Not to worry, though—if you haven’t yet indulged in one of our delicious lobster rolls, there’s still time! Much to the delight of our fans, both Panache Mobile locations will remain open until Thanksgiving. We look forward to welcoming you one last time—until next summer, that is! Temperatures may be falling, but Café-Bar Artefact’s legendary hot chocolate is back to warm you up! Made from Valrhona Guanaja 70% cacao dark chocolate, this comforting beverage is served with a slice of delectable marble pound cake.
