PHOENIX – (January 18, 2013) – Rekindle with your loved one while enjoying Latin-inspired culinary creations at Province restaurant, along with an overnight stay or a weekend getaway at The Westin Phoenix Downtown. Province’s Valentine’s Day dinner menu features “caliente” cuisine that could possibly spark a romantic flame! After a delicious dinner infused with amour, savor an after dinner drink sitting fireside on Province’s patio under the stars while listening to live entertainment. Then, retreat to The Westin Phoenix Downtown’s oversized guestrooms that offer floor-to-ceiling windows and stunning views of downtown Phoenix. Valentine’s Day Dinner
First Course: includes a choice of Cubano-style shrimp with garlic-lime mojo, or a melted queso and chorizo fundido with smoked onions on a tortilla. This course pairs well with Pinot Gris, Lange from Willamette Valley.
Second Course: includes a choice of roasted beet and blue cheese salad served on market greens and topped with candied Marcona almonds, or butternut squash soup served with Swiss chard and spiced pepitas.
Main Course: includes a choice of Skirt steak served with sweet potato gratin and Province’s chimichurri sauce, or pan seared sea bass and lobster fideo with a zarzuela sauce.
Desserts to share: Dark chocolate cake with roasted cherries and warm chocolate ganache, and a red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting and blood orange syrup.
This four-course dinner will be available from 4 to 10 p.m. on Feb. 14 and 15. On Valentine’s Day, the live entertainment begins at 7 p.m. and the dinner price is $59++ per person with an additional $20 for a wine pairing that includes three glasses of wine. On Feb. 15, the dinner price is $49++. Parking validation is available for Province restaurant patrons.
Lover’s Lunch
Keep the romance going and enjoy a decadent Lover’s Lunch for only $20 per person, which includes a starter to share, an entrée, cinnamon churros and a split of bubbles, in Province from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Feb. 16.
