Dallas’ Hotel Crescent Court (after a $30m refurbishment) plays host to an annual Gingerbread Extravaganza Workshop featuring more than 20 varieties of colourful candy and icing. Rounding up the US Leg of the tour and keeping with the Gingerbread theme is the Amelia Island Ritz Carlton and its Gingerbread Pirate Ship with pirate characters sculpted from chocolate.
