Dining highlights include a delicious salad bar, slow roasted primed rib, baked salmon and roasted turkey with gravy for all the devoted foodies who love traditional Thanksgiving meals. At Estérel, guests are encouraged to go beyond the traditional holiday fare and experience the fully loaded dessert buffet with a s’mores bar, a chocolate fondue fountain and plenty of cakes to choose from.
