TOP 10 ADVENTURES IN GULF COUNTY, FLORIDA
Check Out 2015’s Best Adventures According To GCFL Fans and Locals!
PORT ST. JOE, Fla. (December 29, 2015) – 2015 was the year of the GCFL Adventure! Our adventure guides hiked and camped. They rode horses on the beach and kayaked almost every day on St. Joseph Bay (lucky dogs). Thankfully, they also told their stories and shared their insider secrets.
Of course we posted these great finds on Facebook and our crazy tribe of fans chimed in with their favorites and gave their recommendations, too! Take a look at a few below.
#6 – Can you believe kids would choose snorkeling in St. Joseph Bay over Disney World? Don’t take our word for it. In this post, Gary Hites’ tells us about snorkeling and swimming in the Bay.
#9 – Have you ever been kayaking on the Dead Lakes? We guarantee it’s unlike anything you’ve seen. Matt Godwin, and his company Off the Map Expeditions, leads outings on those waters almost every day. Our Facebook fans loved his Dead Lakes photo tips post and reminded us to take the time to enjoy the ever-changing world around us.
#3 – Watch the sunset. We asked Alyson Gerlach, adventure guide and owner of Pristine Properties, to tell us about her perfect Valentine’s Day. Facebook fans liked her simple suggestion and the spectacular image.
The full list of Top 10 Adventures is on visitgulf.com. Check it or the GCFL Adventure Guide out to add more great finds to your bucket list next year. There is no “off season” in Gulf County!
