The glamorous Bènazet Hall at the Kurhaus, the impressive main auditorium of the theatre, and the Festspielhaus, Europe’s second largest opera and concert hall. Cultural Highlights of The major summer presentation at the Museum Frieder Burdafrom now to September 20 focuses on “Heinz Mack Light Shade.”Mack is a co-founder of the work group ZERO. His 2015 exhibition shows the reliefs, which were central to his plastic-sculptural work, and will attract art lovers from around the world to come to Baden-Baden. Do not forget to visit any one of our many museums with their special exhibits. If you prefer the outdoors, you may want to take a ride in Europe’s most modern cable railway up to the 2,200-foot Mount Merkur with a breathtaking scenic view.
