His invaluable experience as Food & Beverage Manager – a position he will continue to fulfil, is a great asset to the team.Recently we had the privilege of welcoming Executive Chef Gerard Coughlin from The Chesterfield Palm Beach, our sister property in Florida, as part of our Guest Chef series . We had a great partner in Delta Airlines, who flew him out to South Africa and offered two business class tickets to any destination in the US as a prize to one lucky guest.
