Pebble Beach Food & Wine is a premier epicurean lifestyle event on the West Coast, matching 250 acclaimed wineries and 75 chefs to create a four-day culinary experience on one of the most picturesque strips of coastline in the world.
At Pebble Beach Food & Wine, ment’or will present Bocuse d’Or Team USA for two very special evenings of intimate dinners and culinary demonstrations as inspired by the prestigious biennial competition, bringing the various Team USA competitors together for the first time. You won’t want to miss these legendary meals!
The extraordinary dinners will feature past and present chefs from Team USA. Enjoy Krug champagne poured alongside cuisine prepared by award winning Chef Daniel Boulud in the opening reception, followed by a five course dinner prepared by Chefs Gavin Kaysen, Timothy Hollingsworth, James Kent, Richard Rosendale, and Philip Tessier.
On Friday, April 10, Team USA’s Chef Philip Tessier, formerly of of the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group, and his Commis Skylar Stover of The French Laundry in Yountville, CA, will present a cooking demonstration which will highlight what helped the Team win the silver prize at the competition. These dishes made history, placing Team USA on the podium for the first time at the competition!
On Saturday, April 11, join us at The Art of Mentorship: Sharing the Daniel Boulud Family Tree. Speaking in the panel discussion are Chefs Daniel Boulud, Gavin Kaysen, and Scott Franqueza.
