Sited on a promontory extending into the resort’s private lagoon, One&Only Le Saint Géran offers views of green sugarcane-clad mountains and the Indian Ocean. The restaurant’s open kitchen setting will enable guests the unique experience of being a part of the cooking process. India-native Faizan Ali is the newly appointed Chef de Cuisine. His menus will reinvent traditional ‘Mughlai’ cuisine, offering new takes on Indian favorites such as kebabs, kormas and parathas.
