Keeneland Spring Race MeetKeeneland’s spring meet is one of the richest and most widely attended meets in North America, attracting the country’s leading owners, trainers and jockeys. From Friday, April 4th through Friday, April 25th, Keeneland’s Spring Meet will feature sixteen graded stakes races worth a total of $3.725 million. The Toyota Blue Grass Stakes, the last major race leading up to the Kentucky Derby, takes place Saturday, April 12th.Weekends at Keeneland are great fun for the family! Each Saturday during the race meet arrive early for Sunrise Trackside for Breakfast with the Works, Children’s Activities, Walking Tours, Paddock Demonstrations, Handicapping Seminars, and a Jockey Q&A.
The 15-day Spring Meeting will feature racing Wednesday through Sunday; no racing conducted Easter Sunday, April 20th. Post time for the first race each day is 1:05 p.m. |

Rolex Kentucky Three-Day EventEach Spring the world’s best equestrian athletes and riders convene in Lexington at the Kentucky Horse Park to compete in the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event, a test of dressage, cross-country, and stadium jumping.
