This newsletter to remind you some nice facts about our news and gives you milestones in the months to come. 2014 is a vintage Lyon without final Bocuse d’Or yet it allows us a great vitality as you will read below, the highlight of our news ranging from 6 to 8 May 2014 in Stockholm for European selections.

2013 a year for very Japanese Bocuse d’Or Winners 

 

It is with immense joy that we saw Noriyuki Hamada on the podium of the Bocuse d’Or 2013, this highly talented and creative chef has its place on our side and we suggest you read the information about it on our site :http://bit.ly/K8it9m

In the aftermath, Noriyuki won the competition celebrates the culinary Oloron image with its British photographer Richard Haughton http://bit.ly/1lElBJ1

On the other hand, Tabizuru Foundation, which was in contact for a long time with our friend Stéphane Delrue “A la Carte Training” has joined us too! This new partner blows a growing international wind on our organization and we are happy.   Read more

2013 a very sporting year 

The Bocuse d’Or Winners are champions kitchen. But many of them are also great athletes practicing various disciplines regularly, even at very high sometimes. Football in fitness through cross-country skiing, diving, climbing or running …

About Eidis Biehler, our fervent representative of Norwegian fish, she raced the marathon in Lausanne. And we are also pleased to acknowledge the performance of Florent SUPLISSON, Director of the Bocuse d’Or has once again participated in the SaintéLyon, night race of 75 km between Lyon and St Etienne!

 

The Bocuse d’Or Winners agree
The big news in 2013 is the establishment of a support Bocuse d’Or Winners BABYLOAN the organization. To date, nine projects have already been funded, everything works well for entrepreneurs we helped on several continents and refunds already beginning to return. A gathering of leaders in Dublin at the invitation of our partner Bord Bia, the opening of new restaurants for many heads Bocuse d’Or Winners, involvement in selections on the planet … And unfortunately the flight trophy that Léa Linster has still not been found. It is hoped that 2014 brings him!

Mathieu-Savigner Boutruche new director Salma France 

Mathieu-Savigner Boutruche is stationed in Paris for Salma (the famous salmon!) For a few months, but the first time accounted for all his energy to reorganize the structure of French and Swiss markets. We finally met him at the Geneva event Michel Roth and Franck Giovannini on October 28. It was an opportunity for him to make his “first steps” with the Bocuse d’Or Winners and meet our founding partner, Pascal Schneider-Maunoury (Rougié). He is happy to renew support SALMA our association. The framework from the field of industrial pastry after a successful career at Smilde Bakery, now feels happy as a fish in water in the world of gastronomy. Bilingual Dutch-French, having lived in Holland at the age of one year, it is used in international trade and also enjoys the multiculturalism of the Bocuse d’Or Winners. And we are pleased to continue our journey alongsideSALMA !

Already very close to the Bocuse d’Or Winners long in the name of SALMA, Eidis Biehler wishes to continue the adventure in the name of TASTE OF NORWAY, a young company that has created by joining Laila Thortveit and Tone Flisnes Collomb-Rey. These three dynamic Norwegian, which together 40 years of experience in the fish heart have always spread more quality products from their country!

Key dates BOW in the coming months 

 

On 1 and 2 February, Patrik Jaros organizes German Match INTERGASTRA Stuttgart and we will be very present with a stand at the side of the organization Bocuse d’Or Germany. Fabrice Desvignes present his dish of competition in public, Roland Debuyst host a show, Thibaut Ruggieri, Fabrice and Roland sit on the jury.

11 and 12 March: French selections organized by Régis Marcon. The prize for Best Committed by Ferdy Debecker.

6-7-8 May 2014: Bocuse d’Or Europe in Stockholm, all heads Bocuse d’Or Winners Swedish Action organization and strong presence of all other nationalities!

March 25: Participation of Bocuse d’Or Winners raw Battles Bocuse d’Or in Moscow which will be followed by Turkey in November.

26-27-28 June: BOR selection ASIA; Jens Peter Kolbeck present the award for Best Com
