at the AA Hospitality Awards

The Red Carnation Hotel Collection was named Small Hotel Group of the Year this week at the prestigious AA Hospitality Awards in a glittering ceremony at London’s Hilton Park Lane Hotel. The awards have long been considered the gold standard within the hospitality industry, and this year’s event was attended by hotel and industry leaders from across the country.
Assessed by an esteemed panel of judges, the AA Hospitality Award for Small Hotel Group of the Yearrecognizes “the consistent dedication and development of a small hotel group in terms of improvement to service and operational standards.”Jonathan Raggett, Managing Director of Red Carnation Hotels , says: “We are delighted and very proud to have been recognized by the AA Hospitality Awards, which is a fantastic benchmark for our industry. To be assessed by a team of experts who know our business inside out and to win in a highly competitive marketplace is a great achievement, and one which I am honored to share with our entire brilliant team. Our commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences is at the heart of everything we do – it’s what keeps our guests coming back time and time again and I believe what has led to our receiving this wonderful accolade.”
