Sustainable gastronomy in our restaurants
Montréal boasts 19 restaurants that have worked hard to meet the demanding criteria (66 in total) needed to be listed as environmentally responsible restaurants, according to the sustainable tourism firm Viatao. Some of our favorite include – Chez l’Épicier, Le Montréal (Casino de Montréal) andRestaurant Toqué – for their commitment to environmental, economic and social principles. |
