“Meet the Chef” is a two-night program October 18-20, 2013, created by Hotel Matilda.
Chef Olvera has been showered with culinary awards recognizing him not only as the top chef in Mexico but one of the world’s best. His Mexico City restaurant, Pujol, is #17 on the prestigious San Pellegrino list of the world’s top 50 best restaurants.
