The hippest of all sugar shacks will be back on the Old-Port quays this spring, moving to the new Éclusiers by APPOLLO. This year, the prized Portuguese chef Helena Loureiro will bring imaginative twists to classic maple dishes, all while using locally made products – along Christophe Morel and his mouth-watering chocolate creations!

Deliciously Sugary Traditions – Just Outside Montréal
For those seeking a more traditional sugar shack experience, head west
to La Sucrerie de la Montagne, which is open 365 days a year. What to expect? Québécois folklore music – with singing and dancing! – horse cart rides, a centennial bakery and a guided tour of the shack installations. Enjoy!
