New Year’s Eve Dinner in Province

Embark on a four-course New Year’s Eve dinner that infuses Latin-inspirations into each culinary creation. Wine pairings will be available.

First course includes a choice of: Cubano-style shrimp with garlic-lime mojo; a melted cheese and chorizo fundido with smoked onions on a tortilla; or pork meatballs with chile-tomato sauce and manchego cheese.

Second course includes a choice of: pear and blue cheese salad served on market greens and topped with candied Marcona almonds; chile-spike Caesar salad served with spiced croutes and manchego cheese; or butternut squash soup served with Swiss chard and toasted pepitas.

Main course includes a choice of: salmon topped with a chile-miso glaze and served with edamame and spinach; Cedar River Farms beef filet served with fingerling potato hash and topped with Province’s steak sauce; Maine grilled lobster served with roasted shallot-tomato butter and chimichurri fried rice; or vegetable paella and saffron rice with smoked paprika crema and manchego cheese. Dessert includes a choice of: coffee and donuts with espresso-cinnamon churros and a warm coffee-chocolate ganache; Bosc pear tartlet served with vanilla bean ice cream and drizzled with vanilla-honey; or pumpkin flan topped with caramelized sugar and vanilla crema.
