This class will focus on the nuances and styles of this amazing beverage.  You will get a detailed tour of Thornton Winery’s Champagne bottling line and you will learn how champagne is made.  You will then sample Thornton’s Champagnes and learn about the many fruits and flowers that will stimulate and guide your palate and open the door to the incredible flavors of champagne.

Red wine and Chocolate
Inspired by the small family run restaurants in the wine country in Italy.  This wine and chocolate class is truly amazing!  You will be guided through the tasting and learn the in’s and out’s of chocolate and wine pairing.

The 24th annual THORNTON WINERY Champagne Jazz Series continues to provide a stellar lineup of nationally renowned contemporary jazz artists as it continues to build on its national and critically acclaimed reputation as one of the finest Smooth Jazz outdoor venues.
