), as Chicago’s premiere cultural institutions join forces for a citywide celebration of art and culture. Attracting 30,000 visitors in its second year, EXPO CHICAGO continues to bridge a gap for Chicago’s contemporary arts community, helping to define the cultural future of Chicago and inspire the region’s collector base.“Our second edition proved to be a great step forward in establishing Chicago’s rightful place on the international art fair calendar each September,” said EXPO CHICAGO President/Director Tony Karman
. “We proved that we can attract art enthusiasts from the greater Midwest, both coasts and internationally, and we are very proud that many of our participating galleries were successful in selling artwork while connecting with visiting collectors and curators who attended.
