Turkish Cuisine Week at Mandarin Boutique Hotel
Cookery Holiday 22 – 29 October 2012
Those of you who have been receiving our email-newsletter for a while will know that we normally like to include a couple of simple recipes from Mandarin’s extensive range of mezes and starters. Well, this time we have decided not to. Instead, we would like to invite you to join our special Turkish Cuisine Week, so we can share some of our favourite recipes with you in person!Over the course of five hands-on cookery demonstrations, our chef will show you how to prepare authentic Turkish food, and give you the opportunity to practice yourself. As Turkish cuisine is all about choosing the right ingredients, we’ll also visit a typical market, and we’ll oven go out looking for wild herbs in the countryside around Mandarin. In addition, we’ll visit a traditional pancake house in the Kaya Valley to sample this quintessential Turkish snack. All in all, it’s designed to be a week of good food, good fun and good company. Please visit our website for full details, or contact us for more information.Special Summer Offer – peak season availability at low-season prices

Thanks to our rural setting and our adults-only policy, Mandarin Boutique Hotel is one place where you can enjoy genuine peace and quiet even at the height of the holiday season. And our elevated position surrounded by forest usually ensures comfortable temperatures even in August. All of which makes Mandarin an ideal venue for anyone who has to take their holidays in August, but wants to avoid the peak-season crowds that descend on most other parts of the Mediterranean. And if you book to a minimum stay of three nights with us between 28 July and 2 September, you’ll only pay our lower-season rate of €215 per night for two people including half-board, instead of the high season rate of €245.

Book online (scroll down to the Summer Special rate on the results list), or just call or email us!
