With Discovery Day With a Chef package, you will begin the day by heading to market with Head Chef Philippe Audonnet, learning how to choose products and prepare dishes, followed by a tasting of your finished product.  Philippe Audonnet’s illustrious career has taken him through many prestigious kitchens, including Taillevent, Guy de Savoy, Girardet, the Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes and the Ritz in Paris, so you know you are in for a treat and the unforgettable opportunity to prepare a meal with a true culinary artist.

You will then be invited to a pastry class to learn techniques on how to master some of the delicacies featured in the Hotel d’Angleterre’s delightful Afternoon Tea.  Finally, enjoy a gourmet dinner at the superb Windows Restaurant, in an elegant setting with breathtaking views of Lake Geneva, the Jet d’Eau and surrounding mountains.
