Patagonia – A Spicy Vacation to Chile and Argentina

Patagonia Argentina and Chile for One Spicy Springbreak Vacation Argentina and Chile Patagonia offers some of the most beautiful landscapes in the southern hemisphere.   Augmented by numerous large lakes and snow-capped peaks, the mountainsides are covered by primeval forests.  Protected by chain of national parks, UNESCO has named the region a World Reserve Biosphere.   Deluxe Base Camps On the Argentine side ROAM trips base out of a spectacular lodge tucked on 500 private acres.  Each cabin and villa has privacy and lake view.  In Chile, we will stay at a safari-style base camp perched on the banks of the Futaleufu River.  The locations cannot be better! This family springbreak adventure will be so much fun you will wish the kids were always out of school! In both locations we river raft, hike, bike, horseback ride, kayak and fish to our hearts content but each night return to our deluxe lodging and chef-prepared meals.  The parents will be busy too – wine tasting, massages, learning to play polo, visiting a chocolate museum, trying yoga… You get the picture! Our March 17th Chile departure will be hosted by ROAM founder, Brian McCutcheon, and his teenage daughters, Georgia and Grace.  We rendezvous in Bariloche, Argentina for a night and then it’s off to Chile for the first leg of the adventure.  March 25th we are back in Argentina for a week and relaxing lakeside at the...
