NEW MENUS TO LAUNCH THE SUMMER SEASON
Los Angeles, CA – July 6, 2017 – Sofitel Los Angelesat Beverly Hills’ Executive Chef Pete Manfredini has crafted brand new lunch and dinner menus to celebrate this summer at the hotel’s signature restaurant, Estérel.
Through inspiration of traditional French cuisine, the Summer menu at Estérel restaurant demonstrates its own spin on classic plates by revisiting them with the modernism and boldness of California. The West Coast flare is incorporated through fresh, lively and clean dishes. The traditional Salad Nicoise becomes the “seared salmon” and the duck confit is transformed into a pizza, while camembert turns into a cream in the Portobello tart. Estérel prides itself on working with all local producers, bringing farm to table products to the restaurant and using the restaurant’s own herb garden for a zero-carbon footprint vision.
Relish in the breathtaking Le Jardin at Estérel, a French-designed garden patio that features rustic lighting, living walls, a Provençal inspired herb garden, and colorful seating that is ideal for alfresco dining. Estérel is in full bloom which creates the perfect environment to try the new Endive and Apple Salad and Spring Lamb to get you in the perfect Summer spirit.
