May, 2017 (Wantagh, NY) – The Jones Beach Bandshell today announced its lineup for Live at The Shell: The 2017 Jones Beach Bandshell Concert Series. The slate of performers is full of exciting, engaging acts for all ages to enjoy during the summer months. The performances (which are FREE to the public) begin at the end of June following the the always spectacular Bethpage Airshow at Jones Beach on Memorial Day Weekend, run through the 4th of July weekend, and last all summer long!
Crowds will once again gather on the world famous Jones Beach Boardwalk to enjoy a plethora of live local performances from some of the hottest artists, bands and tribute acts, along with family entertainment, movie nights, dancing, and so much more – under the beautiful summer sky, right on the Atlantic Ocean.
Hospitality provider Centerplate has also unveiled new menu items for guests to enjoy all summer along the boardwalk and at the bandshell shows. This includes: Clam Fritters with tomato relish, Sticky Chicken Wings with honey soy and sriracha, Blue Point Brewing offerings and much more.
