The highly anticipated MATCH Cuisine & Cocktails will be opening tomorrow, Tuesday, October 25 at 11 a.m. The kitchen at MATCH is helmed by visionary Executive Chef Akos Szabo, who plans to take each guest on a multi-cultural culinary journey. Served in a fun, vibrant atmosphere that channels the spirited downtown art scene, the menu offers eclectic, globally inspired street food made with locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.

Starting tomorrow, Valley residents and travelers alike will be able to stop in and enjoy MATCH for breakfast, lunch and dinner Chef Akos is finalizing his main menu but a standout menu from the restaurant we thought we’d share is the Light Rail Express. Offered Monday–Friday, the menu is designed to cater to the locals and Downtown community by offering delicious breakfast and lunch options in under 30 minutes or less, highlighting the central core of MATCH’s cuisine.
Featured dishes from the Light Rail Express menu include:
- Breakfast Shakshuka: stewed Moroccan tomatoes, topped with two eggs, a choice of three toppings and grilled bread
- AZ Parfait: Crow’s Dairy yogurt, Bird’s Nest granola, seasonal berries, fresh fruit
- MATCH Salad: petit greens, pichuberry, peppercorn feta, pecan maple-lime vinaigrette
- Spicy Calabrese Pizza: pepperoni, Calabrian pepper, provolone-mozzarella, garden oregano
