We are excited to announce that Mathew Peters and Harrison Turone have been chosen to represent the United States at the Bocuse d’Or in Lyon, France in 2017.2nd place went to Brian Lockwood and John Chormaic Sullivan of The NoMad Hotel.The Best Commis prize went to Tyler Peer of The Broadmoor.
In January 2015 the United States took Silver at the Bocuse d’Or, placing on the podium for the first time in the competition’s history. We are excited to embark on our journey to Lyon in 2017.
