A History of Rum Running & Rum Cocktails Workshop, given on a schooner in Lunenburg harbor.
A Workshop on Cosmopolitans & other Cranberry Delights, presented in a real working Cranberry bog.
DIY Gin making, where you’ll learn about gin its history and its’ many variations. Try your hand at combining the flavours and create your own version, with 3 experienced NS distillers.

Introductory Tastings: Meet the distillers and sample more than 20 spirits being produced in Nova Scotia.
The Battle of the Cocktails: 5 talented mixologists creating in 5 venues, YOU chose the winning cocktail.
Spirited Dining: 5 mixologists in 5 fine venues guide you through pairings of fine dining and spirits.
