WHAT:            Chef Scott Quinn presents a four-course celebration of black and white truffles from Périgord to Piedmont on Thursday, April 24.Held atMeritage At The Claremont, the four-course meal is a night of flavors that are beyond compare and can only be described by those that experience it for themselves.

First Course:

Black Tie Starter – Grilled cuttlefish, confit spring citrus, white truffle mousse, black truffle bow ties

Wine pairing:Domaine J.A. Ferret, Pouilly-Fuissé, Chardonnay, Burgandy, France

Second Course:

Truffled Perisian Gnocchi – Tartufi di Alba, micro arugula, sauce marquise

Wine pairing: Abadia de Tortoreos, Albarino, Rias Baixas, Spain

Third Course:

Alaskan Halibut – Morel mushrooms, fava beans, black truffle consommé

Wine pairing: Poggio Al Lupo, Super Tuscan, Toscana, Italy

Fourth Course:

Truffled Veal Breast En Croute – Tartufi di Alba, black truffle sweet bread “popcorn”, espresso jus

Wine pairing: Chateau Pibran, Bordeaux Blend, Pauillac, France

        Dessert: Truffled Black Forest Cake or White Truffled Mascarpone                                 Mousse
