Calling All Aspiring Chefs!


Come visit us this March Break and trade in your heavy school bags for our signature chef’s jackets. Fairmont le Manoir Richelieu is looking for children ages 10 to 14 years old, to share their awesome ideas and talent during this year’s first annual Junior Chefs Gala on March 8 2014.


From the menu to the tastings you are in charge! Spend a great day with our friendly kitchen staff and take home with you new and exciting skills. Start your culinary day with a delicious breakfast to get to know our chefs followed by a group gathering to get your creative juices flowing to create your very own menu. By the end of the day you will be able to present and share your amazing creations with your family and friends.


This exciting day includes a delicious breakfast in the morning, culinary workshops and the delicious tastings in one of our fabulous restaurants. Each child may participate in this engaging event for $115 dollars. The signature jackets will then be travelling back home with you so that you may share your stories and memories of March Break in the region of Charlevoix.

Mom and dad don’t worry we haven’t forgotten about you! We welcome you to take this time and discovery the relaxing activities available at the Fairmont le Manoir Richelieu. Spend the morning by our pool or a relaxing massage at the Amerispa.


The fun does not just end with this event. All March Break Fairmont le Manoir Richelieu welcomes children of all ages to take part in our other fantastic activities offered by the sports centre located on the resort. Pearl and the whole team at the Fairmont le Manoir Richelieu are waiting to create memories with you.
