DRIFT ACROSS WESTERN AUSTRALIA’S SOUTH WEST REGION

Tourism Western Australia partners with Qantas Vacations to offer vacation package inspired by new movie DRIFT

 

 

WHAT:           Western Australia is celebrating the premier of DRIFT in theatersAugust 2, 2013, with special vacation packages to create a personalized DRIFT experience. Based on the rich surfing history of region, which made modern surfing culture what it is today, cast and crew of the film traveled for six weeks from Cape Naturaliste to Cape Leeuwin to bring to life the rags-to-riches story of two brothers who launch a backyard surfing business. Follow the beautiful filming locations with self-guided tours covering the Margaret River Region and Nannup in Western Australia where the surf and extraordinary landscape are legendary.
