A study by Singapore-based Muslim travel consultancy Crescentrating has ranked Malaysia as the world’s top Muslim-friendly holiday destination. The study rated countries on how well they catered to the growing number of Muslim travelers seeking halal food and services. Malaysia earned the top score among the 50 nations surveyed.

The F1 Petronas Malaysia Grand Prix is preceded by the Malaysia Grand Prix (MGP) Sale, beginning from March 16 to April 7. This annual shopping fest will be dishing out a remarkable choice of goods at prices that will excite F1 enthusiasts, as well as local shoppers.

 

Held in conjunction with the F1 Petronas Malaysia Grand Prix, the heat of the MGP Sale will especially be felt in the Klang Valley where shopping malls and departmental stores will be offering great bargains and promotions. The shopping fever is also expected to spread to regions beyond Klang Valley like the island of Penang, which will be joining in with its own version of the MGP sale and activities.
