EASTER BRUNCH springs up at District American Kitchen and wine bar

Featuring Egg-ceptional Culinary Creations Infused with Local Sources and Ingredients

 

PHOENIX – (March 4, 2013) – Gather together with friends and family to celebrate an egg-ceptional Easter brunch at District American Kitchen and Wine Bar from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 31. Spring into the season with a delicious culinary experience that includes creative crafts for the kids and delicious desserts that will leave you sweetly satisfied! You’ll even have an opportunity to build-your-own bloody Mary!

 

This year’s Easter brunch menu will start off with endless champagne and feature: sweet toast filled with spring berries and Crow’s Dairy sweetened quark drizzled with flavored syrup; fresh fruit scented with wild spearmint and natural fruit mist; Greek yogurt shots; locally sourced bacon and sausages; citrus-scented peppercorn filet mignon and high country mushroom crema accented with charred heirloom tomato chutney; baked pesto-crusted salmon and baby scallops from the East Coast accented with locally sourced spinach fondue; hand-carved horseradish crusted turkey breast with chipotle orange marmalade and buttermilk horseradish cream; chicken breast marinated with herbs from the restaurant’s rooftop garden and with Crow’s Dairy goat cheese grits and local date jam; chilled sea salted gulf shrimp and crab claws on shaved ice; an elaborate omelet station that features ingredients such as crumbled cheeses, spinach, roasted garlic, tomatoes, onions, sprouts, popcorn shrimp, locally sourced bacon and sausages, spiced nuts, fig jam, and foraged mushrooms; a selection of artisan breads and pastries; a mac and cheese station; and of course, decadent desserts from our pastry chef.

 

Easter brunch prices are very reasonable at $32 for adults and $16 for kids ages 3 to 12. Kiddos under 3 years old eat free.

 

Looking for more? Create your very own bloody Mary at The Bloody Mary Bar with ingredients like pickled celery, Arizona spices and seasonal condiments for an additional $5.
