Oyama Holiday hours are; until December 24th,7 days a week, 8:30-7, Dec. 24th & Dec. 31st, 8-4, CLOSED Dec. 25th, Dec. 26th, Jan 1st and Mondays in January.
Swing by Oyama on Friday, December 14th from 9am to 1pm and sample the Swedish Ham, which is available as a whole or half and comes with simple cooking instructions. Or take a gander at the extensive selection of sausage, rillettes, pate, terrine and galettes, hand crafted in house by master sausage maker John van der Lieck. Next week sees the arrival of 3 different Pates en Croute – Richelieu, with Duck Breast & Pistachio; Imperial, with Pork Tenderloin, Plums & Pickled Walnuts or Game, with Rabbit, Duck, Venison & Pheasant. YUM.
Looking for the best bacon ever? Whether for breakfast, stuffing, wrapping (perhaps not presents but maybe scallops) pop by Oyama this weekend and sample the many different types they offer.
