Experience 3: The CulinarianGuest author and renowned forager Connie Green will be taking Culinarians on an exclusive foraging trip Friday morning of the festival accompanied by a trained truffle dog. We expect this to be a one of a kind adventure leading up to the afternoon cooking class with Chef Robin Jackson of the incomparable Sooke Harbour House in Sooke B.C.
