Bubbles in Brussels: Operation seduction in hotel bars in the capital

Brussels, 09 October 2012 – 1 November to 31 December, the operation “Bubbles in Brussels” will sparkle some of the best hotel bars in the capital. For two months, these institutions offer a formula attractive and friendly tasting champagne. Having tasted three different wines, the customer will select his favorite champagne, which will be served in a flute, accompanied by an amuse-bouche.

The promoters of this initiative are the Brussels Hotels Association (BHA), which brings together the hospitality industry in Brussels, and Food for Thought (for Fun & Drinks), consisting of the heads of the restoration of star-rated hotels in the capital. This action playful part of the Year of Gastronomy Brusselicious 2012, and ended Others with a festival of bubbles.
